Now, if no results are found when you run the updater, you\u2019ll see two new options: \u201cAcknowledge and Close\u201d (closes the window without doing anything else) or \u201cSave OIG Verification\u201d (saves the no-results document to the provider profile). (see image above)<\/p>\n<p><strong><\/p>\n<h4>Address Information: <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>As always, we\u2019re thinking of ways to save you time in the credentialing process. We\u2019ve added full address information to the following credentialing fields:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Education &amp; Training<\/li>\n<li>Work History<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong> <\/p>\n<h4>Payors: <\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Many of you requested changes to the Payor Email, and we\u2019ve delivered! You\u2019ll now see Provider # in the email &#8211; just note that the number is location-specific. In addition, the logo of the team you\u2019re in when you send the email will display at the top of the message.<\/p>\n<p><strong><\/p>\n<h4>Provider Driver License: <\/strong> <\/h4>\n<p>We\u2019ve upped our security game and encrypted all driver licenses stored in OneView.
