This demographic shift is expected to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC9894049\/#:~:text=These%20figures%20indicate%20a%20growing,growing%20shortage%20of%20providers%20in\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">intensify the strain<\/a>\u00a0on healthcare resources and exacerbate the provider shortage.
