We understand how important accurate information is, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion this may have caused.<\/h5>\n<p><\/p>\n<h5>What happened?<\/h5>\n<p>A script to edit data in the payor &#8220;effective date&#8221; field did not run properly. The team quickly realized there was an issue and started efforts to recover the data.<\/p>\n<h5>The good news: Our technical team have successfully fixed the issue!<\/h5>\n<ul>\n<li>All payor effective date data are now back in its rightful place within OneView.<\/li>\n<li>The &#8220;Last Updated&#8221; date also reflects the most recent change made before yesterday&#8217;s update.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h5>What this means for you:<\/h5>\n<p>You don&#8217;t need to do anything! Your data is completely restored and shows the correct information.<\/p>\n<h5>Our Commitment:<\/h5>\n<p>First, we sincerely apologize for any impact this situation created for your organization.
