We’re excited to announce that the latest release of OneView is now available. This update brings several new features, announcements, and improvements designed to enhance your experience within the platform.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ANNOUNCEMENTS & UPDATES<\/pre>\n\n\n\n
\ud83d\udee1\ufe0f Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Coming Nov 18th!: <\/strong>We\u2019re enhancing your account security with multi-factor authentication (MFA). Starting November 18th, you\u2019ll need to complete a second verification step when logging into OneView. You\u2019ll only need to verify once every 7 days on the same device. Getting Started – Email verification is already set up as your default – no setup is required: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Log in with your username and password<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click \u201cSend me an email\u201d when prompted <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Open the verification email from Okta<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Click \u201cSign-In\u201d in the email OR enter the 6-digit code<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    What to Use an Authenticator App? You can optionally switch to Okta Verify, Google Authenticator, or Microsoft Authenticator. Setup instructions are available on our support page<\/a>. <\/strong>Need additional help? Contact our support team<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Work History Gap: <\/strong>In addition to the improvements we made to Work History gap records, we\u2019ve also updated the Audit History and Verification Detail modals to match these changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
