Compliance Reports:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

“Reply all” might be your worst enemy, but “send all” is genius. We added a new checkbox in this report that let you add all providers, all coordinators, or both when you send an email alert.<\/span><\/p>\n

Inviting Providers:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

After you invite a provider to join Modio, you can check the status of the invite in the “New Invitations” section below. You might notice the missing <\/span>X<\/strong> button to remove people from the list – we took it out so that nobody accidentally gets invited twice. <\/span><\/p>\n

Tasks:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Make sure everyone’s on the same page when you create tasks. Now, when you add a new task, you’ll notice that it defaults to share with the other coordinators in your group.  <\/span><\/p>\n

CAQH Logins:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Spot the difference… where did the CAQH account info go? You’re used to seeing it on the Personal Info page, but we’ve made a new place for it in the Logins section. Account data saved here is safer and more secure. If you already added CAQH info for your providers on the old page, let us know and we’ll help you transfer it over. <\/span><\/p>\n

Credentialing applications are pretty nosy, so we’ve added Start Date and End Date to the Previous Addresses section. You can also put in zipcodes in 00000-0000 format, too. <\/span><\/p>\n
