Performance Update:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

If you were watching the clock while waiting for the credentialing section to load, you can forget about that now. With this release, we’ve changed the way we pull all that data from our system so that you see your information faster and without skips or lags.<\/span><\/p>\n

Reports:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Slowly but surely, we’re releasing reports for all of the credentialing items. Check out the new Certifications CSV report in the drop-down under the Issues button to see both Board Certifications (at the top of the list) and Additional Certifications for your providers. Remember, if there’s a custom report you need, just reach out to us.<\/span><\/p>\n

Forms:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

It can get a little confusing to figure out whose form is going where. We’ve simplified the form sending process to make it clearer. Now you can choose the provider(s) whose data goes into the form, then pick from 4 recipient options: send the form to the provider(s) themselves, to yourself, or to other coordinators or contacts in your facility.  <\/span><\/p>\n

CME:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The Texas Medical Board recently updated their CME requirements for MDs and DOs, and you’ll see those changes reflected in our CME section for any doctor with a Texas license. Keep an eye out for continuing education updates for other titles; we’re working on getting those ready for you. <\/span><\/p>\n
