If you do not agree to the modified terms for a Service, you should discontinue your use of that Service. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

However, in the future, in order to accommodate changes to Modio's payment structure, as well as to facilitate User requests of Modio to renew User DEA licenses on their behalf, Modio may request social security numbers, which must be fully visible to the Company and any third parties that require the data to fulfill license renewal procedures. Users will voluntarily elect to have Modio perform the renewal on the Users' behalf, so such disclosure of visible social security number is entirely voluntary. This data, which may be available to coordinators, may include driver's license information, state practitioner's license information, and possibly the doctor's relevant practice history. This data may be made available to coordinators, as registered users, for the purpose of assisting coordinators in their choice of doctors. Modio Health cannot guarantee that coordinators, or any Users for that matter, will not misuse the data uploaded by other Users on the Modio Service. Modio Health is not responsible whatsoever for User Submissions (as defined in the Company Terms of Service), or the use of that content by users.
