OneView – Feature Release – 10/5

Required Onboarding Documents: Yes, you heard it right – we can now set required document types in onboarding (such as CV and MD diploma). Your providers will have to upload the requested documents to OneView before they’re allowed to complete their applications.

Recredentialing Report Settings: You can now customize the settings in the Recredentialing Report to exclusively look at certain types (e.g., Practice, Payor, Affiliation) or facilities when you run the report. This is similar to sorting, but your preferences will be saved for the report until you change them – you won’t lose your settings because you refresh the page or sign out.

Virginia State License Updater: Another primary source license updater is out! The Virginia state license search is live and ready to use (joining the California, Washington, and Texas updaters).

Board Certifications:

  • Look for a new board “National Board of Echocardiography” available today, with these sub-specialties:
    • Transthoracic 2-D and Doppler Echocardiography interpretation alone (t)
    • Transesophageal Echocardiography (e)
    • Transthoracic plus Transesophageal Echocardiography (te)
    • Transthoracic plus Stress Echocardiography (ts)
    • Comprehensive (c)
    • Advanced Perioperative Transesophageal Echocardiography
    • Basic Perioperative Transesophageal Echocardiography
  • We’ve also added the “American Board of Cardiovascular Medicine” with sub-specialties:
    • Cardiac Nurse Practitioners (CVNP-BC)
    • Cardiac Physician Assistants (CVPA-BC)
    • Cardiovascular Nursing (CVRN-BC)
    • ECG Board Certification (ECG-BC)

New Document Types: There is a new section in Documents for Verifications with types OIG, SAM, AMA, Employment, Facility Affiliation, NPDB, Education, and Training. We’ve also added a new type “Digital Signature” in the Personal Info group. Use keywords “esign”, “e-sign”, or “e sign” to have it auto-recognized by our uploader.

Application Tracking: Seems like a no-brainer, but we know it’ll be helpful: you can now edit the name of an application tracking report after you save it. We’ve also changed the Save settings to auto-save Notes when you click Complete Step.

CME Credits: Tracking CME is easy, but trying to remember which states each course applied to can be tough. We changed the CME settings so that you can enter credits without associating them with a specific state goal – just go back and enter it when you know.
