V2 Updates

Logins

We’re excited to introduce Logins V2 on July 17th, the latest step in our transition to OneView V2 with enhanced functionality and minimal disruption to your workflow.
When you click the Logins tab, you’ll seamlessly access the new version, featuring a customizable grid layout and an improved side‑drawer interface for editing login data.
Logins V2 maintains full parity with all existing V1 features while adding several new enhancements designed to streamline your experience.

Read‑Only in V2

It’s here! Our read‑only setting for coordinators can now be utilized in V2 as well as V1. This setting restricts your coordinators from editing data and limits access to sensitive information.
For more details about user permissions or to update your users, contact our support team.

Unlocking DEA Licenses

You can now unlock DEA licenses that have been verified by Carbon, just like you’ve been able to with state licenses. To unlock a DEA license and edit the record, select the checkbox next to the license, then right‑click it and choose “Unlock Selected License” from the actions menu.

CV Logos

We’ve added a function to include your team’s logo on Modio‑generated CVs. If your team’s profile includes a logo, you’ll see a new checkbox labeled “Include team logo” in the CV generator pop‑up. Select it, and the team logo will appear at the top of your provider’s CV!
