This is another big one – when you add a note to your providers’ credentialing records, you can choose to add the name of the user leaving the note. Just leave the “Prepend Name” checkbox marked, and this will add the name of the person writing the note in the note details. You can also search for this information in the Notes tab at the top of the page; if John Smith left a note in Dr Johnson’s profile, type in “John Smith” into the Description field and you’ll see any notes John Smith made.

You can now add additional attachments to your form sends! After you select the provider whose data you’d like to prefill into your form, select the “Include Attachments?” checkbox, then choose the documents you’d like to attach. The default option will let you select documents saved into your provider’s profile, but you can also switch to the Browse tab to upload a file from your computer, or the Completed Forms tab to add a previously completed form. Everything else will work the same way as you’re used to!

 We know you’ve been waiting for this one! You can now see the date sent and sender information for each of your new onboarding invitations – this info is located on the provider profile card at the bottom of the card. Just click on your provider’s icon to see it!
