Manage Credentials Section:

  • Personal Info:
    • Deactivated NPI: We’ve added a notice in the NPI field in to help you identify deactivated NPI numbers. If you run an NPPES search on a provider’s NPI and it returns Deactivated, OneView will highlight the NPI in red and display an alert to show you that the NPI is no longer in use.
    • New provider specialties: (click the green + icon labeled “Specialty List” and scroll to the classifications field)
      • Primary Care
      • Hospital-based
      • Specialist
      • Hospitalist
      • Locum Tenens

We’ve moved the CME section so you can now access it from the Manage Credentials list in your provider profiles. It works exactly the same way – now it’s just easier to find!

Facility Affiliations:

We’ve added a new checkbox named “Take calls?” in this section. You’ll also see a new column labeled “Take Calls” in the Facilities CSV Report (hint: it’s right next to the Currently Affiliated column).

When you send an email from OneView to your colleagues or providers, sometimes they reply to us accidentally. Now, recipients will see a reminder at the top of your OneView emails with your name and email address to help direct their replies.
