State License Updaters:

We’ve released a few new updaters for additional provider titles in the last two weeks! Here are the titles and states we now support:

  • Dental licenses in AZ and KS
  • Nursing licenses in TX
  • Nursing, dental, and therapy licenses in SC

Education & Training:

This update will help our non-MD/DO users – we’re now storing Professional School and Medical School data under the same header to help clarify education types. Non-healthcare education (like Undergrad or High School) remains in the same section as before.

Payors:

You’ll only see this if you have Medicaid selected as a payor with the state set to NY – two new checkboxes for FFS and OPRA will appear next to a direct link to each listing.

Tasks:

Just a few small changes to the Tasks reports – we’ve pulled email address from the Assigned To column, and we’ve added new “Aging”, “Date Created”, “Last Updated”, and “Response Time” columns to each report.

Tracking:

  • You can now permanently delete old tracking reports (not just archive). This works just like in Documents – first, click the red X to archive the report, then click the red trash icon to delete the report from your team.
  • You’ll also see renamed columns Tracking Start Date, Tracking Est Due Date, Tracking Status, Step Due In, and Step Due In Date.

Sorting Updates:

You might notice that a few of our modules sort differently now. We’ve changed the default sorting in Forms, Logins, and Notes to alphabetically sort items by provider Last Name.

The New List:

  • New Board Certificate “American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery”
  • New Additional Certification type “CLIA – Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments” (and new document type/keyword “CLIA”)
  • New specialty “General Diagnostic”
  • New healthcare payors
  • Additions to the Fluent Languages list in Personal Info
